The Apprenticeships (Issue of Apprenticeship Certificates) (Wales) Regulations 2013 / Rheoliadau Prentisiaethau (Dyroddi Tystysgrifau Prentisiaeth) (Cymru) 2013

These Regulations relate to the issue of apprenticeship certificates under sections 7 and 8 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c.22) ("theAct"). These Regulations form part of the implementation of the statutory apprenticeships programme in Part 1 of Chapter 1 of the Act.
